Ishka Raspberry Cooler

This delicious and refreshing raspberry cordial will keep in the fridge for a week, perfect for some weekend refreshment.

Method:

Ingredients:

  • 500g Raspberries
  • 500g caster sugar
  • 3 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • ISHKA Spring Sparkling Water

To make the raspberry cordial place 500g of the raspberries into a pan with the sugar and vinegar, keeping some aside for garnishing. Mash over a low heat for 10 mins until smooth and syrupy. Rub through a sieve into a clean pan.

Tip the seeds from the sieve into a bowl and stir in 300ml cold tap water, then sieve again to remove the last of the pulp from seeds. Pour the liquid into the pan with the sieved pulp, stir well and boil for 1 min.

After chilling, divide your cordial between your glasses and top up with ISHKA Spring Sparkling – 1 part cordial to 4 parts water. Add ice cubes and garnish with rosemary sprigs and whole raspberries.

Ishka Homemade Ginger Ale

A refreshing summer classic drink

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped peeled ginger
  • 2 cups of cold still water

  • 1L ISHKA Irish Spring Sparkling Water

To make the ginger cordial bring the chopped ginger, sugar and two cups of cold still water to the boil in a small saucepan. Then remove from the heat, cover, and let sit for 30 minutes before straining through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl or jar.

Discard any remaining ginger and let your mix cool completely.

For each drink, pour 50ml of your ginger syrup (or ginger cordial) and 200ml of ISHKA Irish Spring Sparkling into glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish with a lemon or lime wedge and ENJOY!

Your ginger syrup will keep in the fridge for one week.

Ishka Lemon Water

Enjoy the taste and skin health benefits for the body when drinking fresh lemon infused Ishka Irish Spring Water

The main skin benefit this drink delivers is its ascorbic acid content. Ascorbic acid is a form of vitamin C which makes it an antioxidant. This in turn for the skin will promote healing (think blemishing, scaring and breakouts), add glow and help reduce ageing and sun damage (pigmentation).

To make just pop a slice or two of lemon into each glass of ISHKA every morning and drink with your breakfast.
