Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator who’s key role will be to process sales in a courteous, timely and accurate fashion and co-ordinate all logistics, planning and purchasing.
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Responsible to: Directors
General Duties
- Sales Processing using EDI (The Retail Exchange) and Sage Line 50
- Ensure efficient and timely processing of all customer orders
- Implement correct pricing & promotions
- Liaise with Accounts to ensure accurate customer invoicing
- Interpret sales reports & provide demand forecast to feed into production planning
- Co-ordinate logistics to ensure delivery of goods on time
- Assist in managing stock rotation in accordance with company guidelines
- Co-ordinate and monitor the supply and stock of reusable pallets
- Process purchase orders for key suppliers of raw materials and services
- Forecasting raw material requirements
- Balance inventory to optimal stock holding in line with business needs
- Cross functional collaboration with all key stakeholders to ensure supply chain requirements are met

Eligibility Criteria
Essential
- Minimum 3 years work experience in a similar role
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional IT skills
- Ability to work on own initiative & team player
Desirable
- Experience in FMCG
- Third level qualification in Supply Chain or Business
- Previous experience in Sage Line 50 & EDI

Senior Accounts Administrator
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Accounts Administrator who’s key role will be to process accounting information in a timely and accurate fashion for the Directors and Senior Management of the Company.
Reporting to: Head of Operations
Responsible to: Directors
General Duties
- Computerised accounts using Sage Line 50
- Customer Invoicing + EDI
- Issuing monthly statements + collections / SEPA
- Aged Creditors – monthly balance
- VAT reconciliation
- Reports to include Trial Balance, debtors/creditors ledger
- Monthly bank reconciliation of multiple accounts
- Monthly return to Revenue for PAYE
- Accounts preparation and liaison with Accountants for audit
- Computerised Payroll – issuing wage slips and sending payroll file to bank for payment weekly
